All purchases made with CedarScents are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned.
Due to the nature of our products, all items are non-returnable, including used or unused products, sale items, gift items, and limited-edition or custom products.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. To report an issue, email cedarscentss@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer protection laws. This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened.
